Brief Answer:
Needs to be reviewed for scabies or allergic rash

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, the generalised itching with a history of one week can be due to scabies infection. That need to be reviewed by a dermatologist to look for characteristic features like furrows and itch marks. Other possibilities like utricaria or allergic reactions should also be ruled out. Using permetherin lotions topically after taking bath and changing clothes n bedding frequently and exposing them to sun light for few days will help to kill larvae. Oral anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine will be helpful for itching. And it usually resolves with in few days. Also separate your bedding in such cases.

If rash is diagnosed as allergic by dermatologist, then, using topical steroids and anti inflammatory creams will help. Meanwhile anti histamines will also help with that too.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
