Excessive sweating can be due to raised metabolism. This can be due to regular exercise and is a natural phenomenon.
It can be due to raised thyroid hormone levels.
It can be due to vaso dilator medications which I see you are not on.
It can be due to menopause.
Smoking
Alcohol intake.

Pumpkin Plum saunf (fennel seeds)
