Brief Answer:
Following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The dizziness may be related to the following causes:
- Inner ear problems
- Cervical spine spondylitis
- Neurological disorders

If you were my patient I would recommend to take Betahistin for a couple of days to relieve the dizziness.

If the symptoms will persist you should do the following examinations:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Tilt table test
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Audiogram

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
