Brief Answer:
Early hydronephrorsis should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

Pelvicalyceal system in the kidneys is urine drainage system and it involves the
renal pelvis and calyces.
Prominent Pelvicalyceal system may be due to many reasons like over filled urinary bladder, recent passage of calculus, mild hydronephrosis etc.Generally it is a benign finding.Patient may need repeat USG with empty urinary bladder.

Splitting of sinus echo may be due to duplication of calyx, hypertrophied column of Bertin, early hydronephrosis etc.It can be confirmed by intravenous pyelography(IVP).CT scan can be done if needed.

It is good that rest of the findings are normal.Ureters appear normal. Both kidneys are also normal in size, shape and echotexture.

Get well soon.
