Hello Jefferey,
Thanks for using Helthcaremagic.
i read your query and understand your concerns.
Most panic attacks last for 20-30 minutes and it is possible that you are feeling better at the time when you receive this answer. However if the symptoms persist it will be better to see a doctor in ER as there are other conditions which can mimic panic attacks and need more urgent attention.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Get it treated
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.
If the ER doctors are saying that it is anxiety after multiple tests we need to get it treated.Ask your PCP to refer to some psychiatrist in your city.
If your PCP do not do so get approach a psychiatrist your own. In my experience untreated anxiety attacks are one of the worst thing and appropriate treatment likely to alter its course.
We need to understand that tests are there to diagnose and they have little role when it comes to treatment.
I hope this answers you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
