Brief Answer: You have most likely high uncontrolled BP. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX Thank you for your query. Palpitations and headache is NOT a good sign. They are a sign of uncontrolled hypertension with or without associated heart or kidney disease (especially with frequent urination). You also have high weight and cholesterol. I will advise you to immediately get your blood pressure checked and start on antihypertensive if high. Also get your pulse checked & an ECG and if they are abnormal you would need a 2D Echocardiography. It will be good if you also get your urine creatinine checked as it will tell your kidney function. We need a kidney ultrasound if creatinine comes high. Do not worry but you need urgent checkup and investigations as I advice. Do not delay and let me know the reports so that I can help you further. Regards
