Question: i woke up this morning with a persistent pain in my left nipple, and the evening i noticed a little swelling, and redness in the down edge of my nipple and a red line going up toward my armpit, i uploaded a picture the red line might be not very visible in the picture but its really visible in the mirror, its scaring me a lot

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and seen the photographs.
There is definitely redness there which could be a local infection or some insect bite.
Take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day and apply local ice pack and see for another 24 hours.
In case your problem deteorates then you consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotics.
There is no reason to get worried.
