Brief Answer:
Can be Canker sores or viral infection..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per your complain sores in Mouth along with sore gums can be due to either Canker sores or viral infections causing cold sores..

As of now you can start taking Vitamin B complex supplement daily as it is very helpful in healing mouth sores.
Start gargling with warm saline solution..
Apply Lidocaine jelly over the sores..
You can also do soda bicarb gargle..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
Suck ice lollies or rinse frequently with cool water..

In case if there is no improvement even after 3-4 days you can get evaluated by an Oral Physician for ruling out viral infection..

Please write back for more queries..
