What Causes Painful Lumpy Area Between Urethra And Vagina?

Question: Dear Doctor,
I believe I may have mesothelioma of the vulva. My young family and I were unfortunately exposed to high levels of blue asbestos in a rental property in The Netherlands for 2 years in 2007 - 2009.
In the last 3months, the skin between the urethra and vagina has become painful and lumpy. Also cysts in this area keep going up and down. Sexual intercourse was painful for a few months prior to painful thickened skin appearing on vulva. I have also noticed a nodule in my vagina this was painful when forming but not so painful now, as I am unable to have sexual intercourse due to the pain I experience afterwards. Have spoken to my GP but was told all looks normal to her, even though it is quite different to normal for me. Was told vulva is often lumpy. Previous asbestos exposure and the pain ignored. No investigations scheduled for this.
I am however seeing a urologist in a couple of weeks due to passing tissue in urine. Was in incredible pain with swollen bladder prior to passing tissue and was able to void only small amounts of urine. Once two lumps were passed have felt better. Had suffered from flank pain for 3 years, but GP thought was due to carrying children. Had abdominal ultrasound 6 months ago which showed extensive kidney scarring and 2 cysts on liver. Due to have a repeat ultrasound in a months time.
I also have increased abdominal girth and odema around the abdomen. Occasional painful, tightening experienced. However recently gave birth to 4th child via CS due to preeclampsia, so could be due to this?
Very worried and concerned for myself and my family. My eldest child is suffering from stomach pains which he feels are muscular periodically (age10); and my second born has constant headaches, occasional ringing in ears and black spots in his eyes ( age 8). Should I try and see an oncologist for myself and family now or wait and see what the urologist finds? I am aware this is a difficult cancer to diagnose and not many cases here in New Zealand where we are currently residing.
I would be very grateful for any advice you can give me.
Kind regards,

Brief Answer:
investigations advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
All your complaints are non specific though but as all are present in a specific phases, one after other and seeing the history of asbestos exposure I want you to visit an oncologist and urologist at the earliest.
But before that get whole abdomen ultrasound and chest X-Ray along with complete blood count t and urine microscopy.
These are basic investigations and will give us a lot of information and help to rule out things in a phased but meticulous manner.
Get the tests done and then we can discuss the reports and derive the inference if possible.
But most likely your proper diagnosis will be made on the basis of examination and may be higher investigation (in case need arises) accordingly.
In case you have any questions about it please feel free to ask.
Regards
Dr Manisha
