Detailed Answer:
Hello, welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for trusting us for your health related queries.
I guess your concern is about pain under left breast.I have gone through the details shared by you and understood it.
The signs told by you suits to problem of gastritis.Pain under left side, mainly increasing after meals points towards stomach.Hence,me saying gastritis.
Old age, many health issues like bronchitis, arthritis, hemochromatosis etc and medicines taken for these all put together is a form of stress to body, leading to gastritis.
Dont panic or worry much after seeing the word gastritis. Its a normal process of body, but in exaggerated form. When we have meals, acid is secreted from stomach to digest the meals. When this acid is secreted in more quantity it leads to gastritis. And stress is one among the leading causes of gastritis.
At last you have questioned whether its gall bladder problem??Gall bladder is at right side,in your case its not gall bladder related.
You have told you have taken omeprazole for this.Whether the correct the dosage of drug was taken??When was it taken???information is not shared. So cant comment on this.
Well with above small discussion you can try out my suggestions:-
1.Visit a nearby physician or cardiologist to have a look problem as soon as possible
2.Request your doctor to get an ecg done to rule out cardiac related causes of pain at left side.

Feel free to ask further queries.
Get well soon.
