Question: Pain under right breast bone, sometimes in back also. Feel nauseous after eating.

To recapitulate: Female/77 - pain under right breastbone - sometimes in back - nausea after eating - on lighter meals - cutting coffee - probiotics - Pepto Bismol eases the symptoms...

Your symptoms are suggestive of wither esophagitis and/or gastritis as per the history you have provided.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole
Soft bland diet.
Control of stress and/or anxiety.
Small frequent meals.

If these do not resolve the symptoms, then an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and upper GI endoscopy to get the correct diagnosis and get add on management.
