Thanks for your query

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It is most likely muscular backache. It needs rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. But as pain is cramp like so it needs to exclude kidney and ureteral stones for which you need sonogram of abdomen specially kidney and ureter area. Drinking more water is advisable so that more urine is formed to flush the stone if it is small. These signs you described doesn't suggest STI but you can visit doctor for local examination.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
