What Causes Pain In Whole Body And Upper Chest?

Question: I have been stressing really hard for the past 3 weeks, to the point where I am shaking some times, my hole body hurts, stomach,bolth of my sides, upper chest and back, so my question is can stress do that?

Pain all over the body without fever or any other significant physical finding and normal blood investigations requires evaluation by a psychiatrist. Stress can cause such problem by some psychological as well as neurochemical changes. It may be one of the somatoform disorders or may be some other psychiatric condition like depression or anxiety.
