Brief Answer:
You may have injured a muscle!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You most likely injured a muscle. This is rather unfortunate and would require some rest and pain medications for recovery. I will encourage you to take 650mg of Tylenol at most thrice daily for pain.

Please limit the amount of work you do and allow for healing to set in. You may continue with the rubs as they would together give a better pain control. Gentle massage can also help relax the muscles.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Kind regards
