Brief Answer:
Due to muscle pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the chest head and neck that you are having is likely to be a muscle related pain. This can be taken care of with mild pain killers like ibuprofen taken after meals. Hot fomentation is also helpful in such cases. Avoid using a pillow for a few days.
In case the pain is severe do get a combination of muscle relaxant and a pain killer prescribed fro your physician.
Divalproex has been prescribed as a form of prophylaxis to such attacks. Domperidone and naproxen have been prescribed to treat any possible symptoms due to migraine.
You might continue to take the treatment as prescribed by your doctor. This will be very helpful.
In addition developing proper sleep habits and a healthy lifestyle is very essential.
I hope this answers your query.

Sronger medicines needed.

If you have already tried all these then you need stronger prescription pain killers and muscle relaxants round the clock. Rest is of utmost importance. Do consult your orthopedician for a physical examination.
