Brief Answer:
Can be Proctiitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic,

It can be Proctitis. Proctitis is a condition in which when the lining tissue of the inner rectum becomes inflamed. The rectum is part of your lower digestive system. It’s located between your colon and anus. Stool passes through the rectum as it exits the body.

Proctitis can be painful with a sudden urge to defecate. The condition is usually treated with medications and lifestyle adjustments.

However few baseline tests like Proctoscopic examination of anal canal by a surgeon should be done. A treatment for Pin worm (Albendazole) should also be taken for at least 7days .

A physical examination by a surgeon is a must before reaching a final diagnosis.

Let me know if I can guide you further.
Thank you!

Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I am sorry for your problems.
But as i already told you a in person investigation by a surgeon is required so that proctoscopic examination can be done.Every disease has a typical presentation but its not a compulsion that it will present in same manner in every patient.
So firstly go to a surgeon,Get your self examined physically,And follow up with results.
Some General advices are-

-Take two tea spoon isphagula husk with 200 to 300 mL water once while going to bed every day.
- Increase XXXXXXX warm water intake
- Eat small meals (rich in fiber),Avoid eating outside for few days ,Try to eat vegetable,Take a lot of curd along with food.
- Eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear "
- Avoid COLD milk and and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza-even if its veg.)
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- do some exercise (push-ups / squats etc) early in the morning
- avoid carbonated drinks
- take 2-3 spoon edible virgin olive oil in the morning
