Brief Answer:
Chonditis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your symptoms and seen the clear photograph.
Please give me additional information:
- Since when have you started this problem?
- It seems you have not consulted any Doctor. Have you taken any oral anti-inflammatory medicine.

The picture is suggestive chondritis of low intensity hence the pain is intermittent.
I would suggest you the following:
Please consult a Doctor to get prescription of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicine like serratiopeptidase or you may take Ibuprofen at 8 hourly interval.
Also take multivitamins as they works as anti-oxidants.
You may have to take these medicines for 1 to 3 weeks.
Please do not apply anything locally, it does not help. Local application of Solution Povidone Iodine helps to keep the area sterile.
Please do not use any earrings.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is any gap of communication.
