Question: My right ribcage hurts , sharp pain little trouble breathing ,when breath hurt .

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely costochondritis. Pain while palpation on rib area is characteristic for this. But other conditions like pleurisy should be ruled out by taking a X ray after local examination and auscultation by your GP or physician.
For costochondritis I treat with local application of anti inflammatory gels like diclofenac or nimusulide. I also give them as oral tablets if pain is more. If no improvement even after this then I advise local injection of corticosteroids or anesthetic.
