Question: Hello dr...my wife is a mother since 9 months and from 2 days she is feeling some pain in her breast nipple... As she thinks that the child had cut him during feed...plzz help and reply soon

I can understand your concerns for your wife.

This is fairly a common problem in breastfeeding mothers.

In this case, I would suggest that she should try and feed the baby from the other breast.

She can apply nipcare cream twice a day.
Also, she can apply her milk on the cut over nipple. This also helps in healing.

She should wipe her nipple with warm water thoroughly.

Please take care that if she feels heaviness in her breast, then she must express her milk manually.
The clogged milk may further increase pain in breast if not expressed.
