Due to indigestion or gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.void spicy and junk foods.

From description it seems to be due to indigestion or gastritis. Avoid spicy and junk food. Take short frequent meals.
Right now you can take over the counter antacids and consult your doctor for proper evaluation.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care
