Brief Answer:
Inguinal hernia seems most possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lower right pain associated with body position change can be caused by inguinal hernia. Hernia usually gives a lump in the one side of lower abdomen (groin). The lump is usually soft and painless. If the hernia is small, lump can be invisible.
Characteristic for hernia pain is that it gets more intense when standing, coughing or lifting heavy objects. Please perform a simple test. Put your hand on the painful area and try to cough while standing. The pain should get more intense and a protruding lump can be palpable.
Other condition which should be ruled out are appendicitis (according to your previous questions I assume that the pain is present for a week or so - this generally rules appendicitis out), ovaries cyst, urinary tract infection and spine disc herniation.
I suggest you to start some diagnostics. Abdominal and groin ultrasound, blood work, urine test should be done at first. Trans vaginal ultrasound and gynecologist consult should be also done.
If you have any bowels issues like blood in stool, constipation, diarrhea, weight loss, you should consult gastroenterologist and consider colonoscopy.
For spine disc problems you should consult orthopedist (this should be done if all other conditions will be ruled out) and consider spine MRI.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
