Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your suffering carefully and as per your symptom there is possibility of acute muscle spasm in neck. It leads to severe/moderate restriction of neck movement. For these symptoms take rest, hot fomentation, muscle relaxant (thiocolchicoside) with analgesic (Ibuprofen) can be started after consulting with your local doctor.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
Neck exercises and posture correction will prevent future recurrence.

Hope this helps. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate, I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
Take care
