Hello,

calf pain with low grade fever may mean deep vein thrombosis particularly if there is some swelling and/or warmth over the involved area (you can compare it with the other leg). Deep vein thrombosis is a medical emergency so you'd better visit a doctor at once to confirm or exclude it.
