Brief Answer:
Could be due to UTI. Get Ultrasound done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. With your history of Urinary infection it is likely that the pain could be due to the infection itself.
I suggest you consult your GP and get an Ultrasound of Abdomen and KUB done to see the status of your kidney. Also get a Urine Culture test done to see whether there is any active infection. If there is infection then the culture report will also tell you what antibiotics to take.
Other causes of pain in left side abdomen could be Diverticulitis.
But first you should rule out kidney and Urinary causes and then we can move ahead.
