Question: I have iching legs off and on for no reason. Putting ice on or taking a hot bath sometimes help. I am 66 year old female and I am diabetic My email address is YYYY@YYYY

When diabetes affects the nerves, it causes diabetic neuropathy.
When this happens, itching and burning results.
