Brief Answer:
Muscle strain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain in the breast with the pain in armpit is more likely to be due to a muscle pull. Such pains usually aggravate with the movement of the arm and are relieved by rest. You can also self examine your armpit for any lumps. Do avoid all the painful activities, avoid lifting weights and avoid any vigorous exercise from the arm affected. Do a hot compress in the area thrice a day and take a mild pain killer for relief. It is likely to subside in next few days.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
