Question: i have half head and left side chest, left shoulder and left arm pain also there is burning sensation in left leg .may i know the reasons

I have noted your symptoms. You need detailed evaluation to ascertain the cause of your symptoms.

Since you have pain involving one side of body, we need to look at the opposite side of brain (right side of brain in your case). This can be done by doing an MRI scan of brain. Commonly, we need to exclude ischemia (lack of blood supply to brain) or infection.

In addition, we also need to do MRI scan of cervical spine, as pinching of nerves in the neck can cause similar symptoms.
