Brief Answer:
Chronological investigations and treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of pain in the right kidney area and burning in urination - Heavy alcohol consumption 2-3 days back. - wants to know the next step.

I will try to give you the chronological things to do to get you the best possible diagnosis and treatment.

-First of all give the sample of urine in a sterile container for the tests of routine, microscopy, ''culture and sensitivity'' (before starting any medicines to get a proper report)
- Routine tests of blood
- Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen, particularly for genito-urinary system.
- Consult a Doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics and medicines as needed and to continue till you get the reports, continue the same if the reports suggests so or change over to another.
- Increase the input of water.

In this way you get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
This is important as most of the times minor symptoms are not looked after and can create large problems in future.

So it is better to take more precautions as you are young and should get a proper diagnosis and treatment for cure.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Reports please

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Does your blood show malaria, if yes- which one ?
If malaria is positive then only to take the medicines for malaria. Lariago is always first, but it is the experience of your local Doctor as to what is going on in your area is also very important.

If urinary tract infection is present take Zifi 200 for 14 days for a cure of infection and take probiotic and PPI like Omeprazole with it.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
Paracetamol to be taken only if you have fever.

No need to go for heavy antibiotics.

Take care, get well soon, and let me know the reports of malaria.

Brief Answer:
Lariago- follow your Doctor's guidance as per the trend in your area

Detailed Answer:
Yes, already seen the reports, I posted the last answer and got your reports.
Thanks anyway.
For P. vivax take Lariago and let us see the results.
As said earlier, which medicine for your malaria will be the best can be said by the Doctor practicing in your area as he alone knows the trend in your area.

Rest of the treatment as we already discussed.
Wishing you an early and complete recovery.
