Brief Answer:
Needs further details and evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the mentioned details. Unfortunately it is very hard to comment based on so little details. I would need to know the following:
* For how long have you been suffering from the joint pain? Is it associated with redness or swelling?
* Do you have high blood sugar or blood pressure?
* Do you have any other ongoing illness?
* Are you on any regular medication?

I would also insist you to get the following blood tests done:
* Blood for fasting blood sugar, total count, uric acid, rheumatoid factor.

Please revert back with the requested details and surely I will try to help you out.

Brief Answer:
Please confirm the upper and lower figures of BP

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Your BP does not make sense. Do you mean 239/170mm Hg? If that is the case it is way high and you need to see a doctor at the earliest. In that case you would need regular medication.

Also care to answer the other questions and get the tests done. Treatment cannot be provided merely based on choicest titbits of information.

Brief Answer:
Blood pressure acceptable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The mentioned blood pressure is not high and can be considered acceptable. In such a case please care to answer the other questions and to fetch the reports of the mentioned tests. However, this does not eliminate the role of a physician examining you directly.

Brief Answer:
The health related facts need to be brought out and analyzed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

Medical science tries to find the common logical correlation to find out what is happening. But for that the definite facts are needed to back it up. Assumptions are difference from evidence. If your blood tests (spread over a period of time) indicate that you are not diabetic, it is a definitive evidence. Mere assumption will not do. The answers to the other questions need to be procured and a systematic approach needs to be taken. You need to see a doctor for the same. If you already had the facts in place, I could definitely analyze them and offer possible solutions to you.

I hope you understand.
