hello doctor i am 23 years old female, 5 1 in height and weight is 54.. since a year i have been having this problem in my right hand wrist joint. the joint would get swollen, n i realized there was a click sound it made whenever i would turn my hand. the swelling is gone long back, it was temporary but this click sound still persists. i had got X ray done. the X-ray report said there is mild periarticular osteoporosis, joint spaces are slightly reduced with mild subarticular sclerosis, no abnormal soft tissue is seen i was advised to get following tests done: RHEUMATOID FACTOR , ASLO TITER, CRP and ESR. my R Factor is negative, ASLO TITER is 200 ( Negative), CRP is also negative though my ESR at that time was 62mm 1st hr. Could this high ESR value be a reason and are these symptoms of any kind of arthritis? thank u for ur time and i really appreciate it.
