What Causes Pain In Front Of The Abdomen Radiating To Back?

Question: iam having side pains on my left side and it goes from front to the back, mostly in the front

Pain in front of the abdomen radiating to back could be due to the below causes.

Uterine defects
Pancreatitis
Kidney stones

I would like to know some more information on the symptoms you have to find out the exact cause.

Since when is the pain ?
Do you have any loose stools or indigestion ?
Do you feel pain more during urination ?
Do you have any gynecological symptoms ?

I PAIN STARTED ABOUT A WEEK AGO, LITTLE BIT OF LOOSE STOOLS,
NO PAIN DURING URINATION, NO GYN SYMPTOMS HYSTORECTOMY

Thanks for the information.

Based on your description it appears to be due to pain caused by indigestion or gastric upset. Taking fiber rich food for a week may help or also can take supplements like Psyllium husk.

If the pain continues even after consuming the fiber rich food, there is need for further investigation. Do get a Abdomen and pelvic ultrasound to find out the exact cause.
