Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day.
Noted your concern.
You seems to have hemiicranial headaches ( pain in one side of head and face). This is most commnly a vascular headache ( migraine or similar) or Neuropathic ( like trigeminal neuralgia). Another possibility is arteritis ( temporal arteritis).

Does anything aggrevate the pain? Like chewing, or eating cold or sour food? Together with black outs in eye, i think more in terms of a vascular cause like migraine.

Please get a CBC, ESR, Blood sugar tests and an MRI of brain. After examination by a doctor, if warranted, an ultrasound scan and doppler of your neck vessels may also be required

Regards
Binu
