Question: I have sharp Paine right side below collar bone...took ashrine. Paine shoots to my back as well

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sharp pain below collar bone and referring to back should always be evaluated for any heart problem first. A simple ecg will fix that issue so get one. Once ruled out for that other possibilities are musculoskeletal, referred pain from gall bladder, pancreas or stomach discomfort like gastritis.

Right now do an EKG if that comes up normal, take some ibuprofen and skelaxin for the relief. Also ultrasound for gallbladder and if acid reflux problem some antacids should be taken.
