Question: Hi. I have aching pain in my chest but only when slouching or moving around. What could this be from?

I read your query and understood your concern. Your pain characteristics seems atypical for cardiac problems. It's more like musculoskeletal problems.

However if I was your doctor I ould recommend doing the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Stress test
- Chest x ray
- Abdominal ultrasound.

If all the mentioned examinations will be normal, than you have nothing to worry about. It's a musculoskeletal problem.
