What Causes Pain In Arm When Suffering From Tendinitis?

Question: have been diagnosed with tendinitis in my right arm, but am experiencing pain in several areas that has been persistent. Right arm, especially at base of biceps and interior of forearm, right knee on back side (tightness, swelling, pain), right foot in ball of foot, left foot at heel, both shoulders. Effort required to cause pain not significant but type of motion is. have been on Xoloft for several years and Paxil prior to that. also take Claritin and use Nasonex daily. am allergic to aspirin. have been prescribed hydrocodone/apap 5/325mg which I have only taken at night to help rest.

The pain in the different areas that you are having can be due to arthritic changes in the joints or due to Vitamin D3 deficiency. For proper diagnosis, some of the blood tests are advisable like-
1. Serum calcium, vitamin D3 levels.
2. Serum Uric acid levels.
3. RA factor
4. ESR and CRP
5. Serum Creatinine
6. X-ray of affected joints.
Do start taking proper supplements after the reports. Till then continue with mild pain killers and a hot compress with application of local analgesic gel for relief.
