What Causes Pain During Urination?

Question: When I pee I have uti like symptoms like the pain , it's not strong at all though. But when I drink a lot of water I don't feel anything. I'm peeing the normal amount , it's not in little drops. Uti or something more?

Based on the facts that you have stated slight pain during urination which gets resolved after drinking more water is mostly due urine being concentrated resulting from less water intake .

However it is safe to get routine urine test to rule out infection (UTI)

Take Nitrofurantoin (urinary antiseptic) twice dily for five days .

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
