I am so sorry to hear about this swelling and pain that you have reported. The most possible cause of these symptoms would be a sore muscle. At this time, I will suggest that you follow through with the Tylenol and the biofreeze. This should provide enough relief and sufficient treatment for this. If we fail to register significant improvement within a week or any aggravation, then we would do imaging tests to see if there is anything else that we are missing at this time.
