Question: swollen eye,pain and yellow discharge. Hurt to the touch. swollen no bump found anywhere around eye.

You could be suffering from a bacterial infection of the eye (conjunctivitis) which is evident from the yellow discharge (pus) along with swelling and pain (signs of inflammation).

Wash your face and eyes frequently with plain water. Application of antibiotic eye drops like Ciplox (Ciprofloxacin) one drop in the affected eye(s) for 4 times a day for 5 days, should help in resolving the problem. You may want to get the same prescribed by your doctor. It may take 5-7 days for the problem to resolve. Please be patient.
