Question: I am having pain and hardness while passing the stool. I have burning sensation after passing of stool. Is there any suggested dietary inclusions/exclusions to ease my present condition

Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Pain during bowel movements and burning sensation after bowel movements could be due anal fissure.
Take high fiber diet and drink lot of fluids.
Do sitz bath. (Sit in a tub of lukewarm water for 10 minutes twice a day).
Apply anovate to the anal opening twice a day after sitz bath.
