What Causes Numbness On The Bottom Of The Left Foot?
it can be due to neuropathy or nerve compression in spine
I have studied your case. Tingling and numbness in foot can be due to neuropathy or nerve compression. I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.Do you have Thyroid or Diabetes or smoking habit?
2.Do you have back pain also or any leg pain?
3.Do you have this sensation on walking or rest ?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.

You need to get serum B12 estimation
thanks for reply. After studying you case I reached to this conclusion that you are having low serum B12. I would suggest you following.
1.get your serum B12 estimation
2.If it is low ( range is between 200 to 800 ) then you need to take injection of Methylcobal intramuscular alternate day for ten days.
3.Take Lyrica tablet one daily.
4.Avoid very tight foot wear.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
