Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Numbness in foot may be due to nerve root compression if there is associated back pain, weakness in lower limb.
Another possibility may be brain lesion as it occurred suddenly.
Let me know if you have any other symptoms.
You need to get examined by a neurologist for further investigation.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
