Brief Answer:
Heart insufficiency or atherosclerosis can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptom indicates that there is a problem with blood flow through feet and fingers. Blood circulation can be impeded due to improper heart function (heart insufficiency), low blood pressure, narrow blood vessels (atherosclerosis) or blood problem (like anemia).
Heart problem usually gives shortness of breath after physical activity, legs swelling.
Narrow blood vessels can give dizziness, painful calf when walking, cold feet.
Blood problem can give strange bleeding (like frequent nose bleeding), easy bruising or just pale skin.

As you can see there is a lot to rule out. I suggest you to consult your doctor. Blood work, heart ECG should be done at first. Next should be cardiologist consult and heart ultrasound. You should also have arteries Doppler ultrasound.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
