Brief Answer:
Visit a neurologist for proper evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You have to mention actual blood pressure for assessment regarding need of medication. If 2-3 readings are systolic more than 140 and diastolic more than 90 then treatment may be required.
Regarding numbness over face you have to visit a neurologist who can examine and test sensation over face.
Fibromyalgia and anxiety may be associated with such tingling sensation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Start with low doses

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Your neurologist has given medication for anxiety, sleep and bodyache due to fibromyalgia.
Stilnox is zolpidem for sleep. Deanxit is combination of flupentixol and melitracen for depression. Seroquel is quietiapine for anxiety and sleep. Lyrica is pregabalin for neuropathic pain, muscle soreness.
You can take all these medications but there are high chances of excessive sleepiness with these medications if started all at once. It should be gradually added and dose increased.
I will suggest to start with only Deanxit and Lyrica 75 then wait for 5 days. If no problematic sleepiness occurs then increase to 150 lyrica and in next 5-10 days may be increased to Lyrica 300.
In next step you can add quietiapine starting from 25 mg and gradually increasing to 100.
stilnox can be used for sleep if all other medications are not adequate for sleep.
Consult your doctor in case of any apparent significant side effects.
Wishing you good health.
