Brief Answer:
You need to consult a Neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It is important to know when did all your symptoms appear?
It was a sudden onset of your symptoms or it was gradual?

There are many possible causes for numbness in the body including neurological conditions ,Vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency ,Diabetes, Calcium and Kalium deficiency etc.

Considering your age and medical history (heart valve .high blood pressure) it is necessary to exclude neurological conditions .
In your case I would strongly suggest to consult a neurologist and get examined.
The doctor with do a complete neurological examination and order some investigations if it is necessary
If this numbness in one side of your body it is related to neurological disease (ishemic or lacunar stroke,TIA etc) you also will have some specific findings in neurological examination that can with the diagnosis.

Once excluded any kind of problem in your brain ,then your doctor may order some tests to figure out the cause of your symptoms including Blood sugar, measuring the level of Vit B12 and folic acid.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
Kind Regards,
