Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
I have to admit that this collection of symptoms is certainly worrisome.

I think it is reported that he is assessed by a medical professional as soon as possible. The symptoms are somewhat nonspecific but could reflect an underlying disorder or infectious process.

there is possibly an underlying metabolic disorder, anemia or there could be some problem with the heart function. For these reasons I think it is very important that you consider bringing him to his local physician as soon as possible. If his doctor is not available I would suggest you consider bringing him to the local hospital for evaluation.

Thanks again for sending us the question. If we can be of any assistance in the future please let us know.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
