What Causes Nose Blisters?

Question: I have sores on my nose they start out as blisters. I Have had this for 6 mos.It gets well then I go outside and a new blister comes up. I have been to ENT, Dermatologist,and arthritis Dr. Also optometrist. They do not know. It is not MRS,not lupus, so ?
