Question: hi..today in the morning my wife felt some sound on her left ear and was feeling like she would faint. she is having periods..is it serious /

Hello

Please dont worry , sometimes females will have a fainting feeling during their periods , especially if there is pain. This is normal and i dont think you have to worry about it.

The noise in the ear may be due to eustachian tube dysfunction ( which is a normal tube between the ear and nose) and is seen during mensuration because of increased vascularity.

Please dont worry , she will be fine.
