What Causes Nausea And Headache Inspite Of Dyeing Hair?
Question: i died my hair three dys ago and have been suffering nausea, a severe pain in my side...and headaches..i feel very weak. can it be a reaction to the XXXXXXX and is it XXXXXXX

Thank you for the reassurance. Thing that worries me is the severe pain in my right side ribs around breast bone. This is a pain like the pain with gallstones. I have noticed this pain after hair XXXXXXX before..can an ingredient in hair XXXXXXX be irritating for gall stones ? I am taking panadol XXXXXXX as this is the only thing to lessen the pain.

It is less likely to have a gall stone irritation after local application of hair XXXXXXX on scalp.so no need to worry, and it is not due to the local irritation of hair XXXXXXX
But I suggest you an ultra sound for your gallbladder to see whether if there is any block in the outflow of the gall bladder by stones, which causes the increased symptoms as you are mentioning earlier.
Panadol XXXXXXX can be used to treat the pain symptoms, but it is only a temporary remedy.
Further examination by surgeon is advised if pain symptoms worsens.

Thank you for this...it would seem unbelievable but every time I use hair XXXXXXX after 3 days i get this incredible pain in my side with nausea. I can verify that this is the case. With good diet I have virtually have had no episodes of this pain which I used to experience frequently. a scan showed gall stones. however as I say after 3 days I always get this pain from using hair XXXXXXX and it is extreme pain...Panadol XXXXXXX always helps and it lasts 2-3 days and then its gone.

I have not found any relation between hair dyes and stomach pain yet. Hence I believe it would be worthwhile to discuss about it with your treating doctor. I would be a good idea to repeat ultrasound scan and rule out other causes before attributing to hair dyes.
