What Causes Nausea And Dizziness While Waking Up?

Question: Today I woke up feeling nauseous and dizzy and am hungry. Afraid to eat due to the nausea. I know I am absolutely not pregnant. Six days ago, I got the flu shot at noon and around 7pm, I felt extremely nauseous and dizzy then. The next day I woke up feeling great, so I just assumed it was a fluke. Do you think this nausea and dizzy is related to the flu shot or could it be something else? How can I treat it and make it go away before it turns into something full blown.
