Nausea can occur - Rule out UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query. I have read this and your previous queries particularly the one related to your try to tighten your muscles and problems you have encountered. I hope this query is an extension to the previous one.

Nausea can be caused due to this problem and especially after eating and while the muscles are in the healing stage.
Nausea can occur as a reflex mechanism to any pain in the abdomen irrespective of the cause.
Nausea can be due to gastritis associated with stress and so can increase with food.
Nausea can occur due to the medicines you may be taking for healing.

Frequent urination can occur due to following reasons:
-Anxiety.
-urinary tract infection
I would advise you the following :
Get the investigations of
Blood- CBC, sugar, urea and creatinine.
Urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and of the wall of abdomen.

Treatment:
Continue the treatment you must be taking.
Add Ranitidine or a PPI like Pantoprazole.
Domperidone for Nausea.
Antibiotic if there is an Urinary tract infection (UTI).
Take full bed-rest till you recover.

I hope this answer helps you , please feel free to ask for more if you need to and you may please rate this answer if it helps you.

Wishing you an early and complete recovery.
